• Strategic Human Resources
• Global Human Resources
• Employment Law and Ethics
• Workforce Planning and Staffing
• Workplace Health and Safety
• Strategic Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities

Preference is given to those who have business and teaching experience as well as a relevant degree. Candidates must also be comfortable facilitating problem-based learning and learner-centered classrooms. Experience with Blackboard is preferred.

Qualifications

The candidate must hold a Ph.D., D.B.A., JD, or other doctoral degree with at least 18 hours of graduate level credits in HR or HR-related disciplines. Candidates who are ABD but near completion of their terminal degree may also be considered. Significant senior-level HR industry experience may be considered in lieu of a doctoral degree. Industry certifications preferred.
