Position
Role: Adjoint(e) Responsable Sécurité
Type: CDI, full time, immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate teams (update job descriptions, implement and supervise actions in accordance with procedures).
- Maintain equipment, ensuring it is restored to a secure state.
- Analyze on‑site causes of unwanted events, document actions, and support affected staff.
- Maintain relations with external services: public authorities and local councils (Metropole, Police, Neighborhood Committee).
- Lead the evolution and adaptation of the safety plan (terror threat risk, Plan Vigipirate, intrusions, aggression, violence).
- Guarantee the effectiveness of material, technical and human means used for prevention and risk mitigation.
- Act as deputy for the safety manager.
Benefits
Salary is based on the FEHAP collective convention, ranging from €40,000 to €50,000, depending on experience and service bonuses. Additional benefits include RTT, CSE, parking, and other perks detailed in the hospital presentation.
Requirements
- Holder of a bachelor's degree; SSIAP 3 qualification preferred.
- Experience managing a team and operational administration.
- Knowledge of security system organization and technical aspects of private security.
- Familiarity with applicable legal and regulatory texts.
- Risk analysis capability.
- Organized, disciplined, flexible, discreet, and able to prioritize and manage stress.
