Lidl France recrute un Adjoint Manager de Supermarché en CDI 35H, statut agent de maîtrise. Rémunération annuelle brute débutant à 33 336 €, puis 34 433 € après 1 an et 36 090 € après 2 ans, versée sur 13 mois. Possibilité d’évolution vers Directeur de Supermarché et formation certifiante Bac+2.
Le poste exige disponibilité le samedi et certains dimanches; primes et participation, carte de réduction après 6 mois et planification avancée des plannings.
