Your Profile
As our ad hoc Private Butler / Majordome, you understand and anticipate guests’ needs with precision. You are not simply providing service you are orchestrating an exceptional villa experience wherever your assignments take you.
You possess strong social competence and excellent communication skills, enabling you to create a warm, discreet, and refined atmosphere. You take pride in your profession and the brand you represent while coordinating daily villa operations, guest requests, and service standards with professionalism and elegance.
Flexibility is your strength. You thrive in dynamic environments, adapt easily to diverse audiences and cultures, and enjoy the freedom to select assignments that align with your lifestyle. You are attentive to detail, proactive in your approach, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Requirements
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage
- Proven experience as a Butler/Majordome or in luxury hospitality service
- Formal hospitality or butler training preferred
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and guest service excellence
