Active Directory / Entra ID Expert (M/F)

Job Description

Active Directory and Entra ID form the backbone of identity security for large organisations, in a context of modernisation towards hybrid cloud solutions. This role targets a confirmed Identity expert (minimum 3 years), autonomous on expert engagements and large‑scale migration projects.

Your Missions

As an Active Directory / Entra ID Expert (M/F), your autonomy and proactive approach are fully leveraged on expert engagements and large‑scale projects.

• Architecture and design: Contribute to defining technical architectures around identity, aligned with security and performance requirements.
• Security: Integrate security best practices into identity and access management services (Tiering Model, ORADAD, Ping Castle, etc.).
• Identity management: Administer identities and access rights via Active Directory and associated tools.
• Identity governance: Implement identity governance solutions offered by Microsoft Entra ID (Lifecycle Workflow, Access Review, etc.).
• Environment migration: Lead Active Directory upgrade or migration projects.
• Environment modernisation: Support migration projects towards hybrid cloud solutions, notably around Microsoft Entra ID.
• Watch and innovation: Contribute to roadmap evolution and adoption of the latest technology solutions.

Qualifications

• With a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, you have at least 3 years of experience and a successful initial experience participating in complex projects involving Microsoft technologies.
• You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to bring your projects to success. You work autonomously and are able to ramp up quickly on technical topics.
• You are proactive and driven by a continuous improvement mindset in development practices.
• You can challenge and synthesize our clients’ business issues to derive an appropriate technical solution that follows architecture best practices while maintaining optimized complexity and cost.
• You have a good level of English, and one or more Microsoft certifications would be a plus.
• Experience: 3 - 5 years.
