Active Directory / Entra ID Expert (M/F)

Job Description

Active Directory and Entra ID form the backbone of identity security for large organisations. This role is aimed at an experienced AD/Entra ID Expert with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Architecture and design: Participate in defining technical architectures around identity, aligned with security and performance requirements
• Security: Integrate security best practices into identity and access management services (Tiering Model, ORADAD, Ping Castle)
• Identity management: Administer identities and access rights via Active Directory and associated tools
• Identity governance: Implement identity governance solutions offered by Microsoft Entra ID (Lifecycle Workflow, Access Review)
• Environment migration: Lead Active Directory environment upgrade or migration projects
• Environment modernisation: Support migration projects toward hybrid cloud solutions, notably around Microsoft Entra ID
• Watch and innovation: Contribute to roadmap evolution and adoption of the latest technological solutions

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, at least 3 years of experience, and a proven track record in complex projects involving Microsoft technologies.
• Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
• Work autonomously and be able to ramp up quickly on technical topics.
• Proactive and driven by a continuous improvement mindset in development practices.
• Can challenge and synthesize clients' business issues to derive appropriate technical solutions that follow architecture best practices while maintaining optimized complexity and cost.
• Good level of English; one or more Microsoft certifications would be a plus.
• Experience: 3–5 years.
