Job Description

Active Directory and Entra ID form the backbone of identity security in hybrid environments (on-premise / cloud). This role is aimed at an experienced Active Directory Consultant capable of conducting audits, Entra ID modernization projects, and Zero Trust security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer and evolve Active Directory environments (architecture, GPO, DNS, delegation, hardening)
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Entra ID: identity and access management, MFA, conditional access, roles and governance
• Implement and maintain hybrid architectures (Entra Connect / Cloud Sync)
• Participate in identity security projects (Zero Trust, privilege separation, best practices)
• Conduct audits and diagnostics (AD / Identity) and formulate recommendations
• Intervene on complex issues (L2 / L3) and conduct root cause analyses
• Draft technical documentation
• Contribute to transformation projects towards modern models

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Active Directory environments and identity-related topics.
• Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work autonomously and ramp up quickly on technical topics.
• Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in French.
• Possession of one or more Microsoft certifications and a desire to continue technical progression through new training.
