Active Directory Consultant

Job Description

Active Directory and Entra ID form the backbone of identity security in hybrid environments (on-premise / cloud). This role is aimed at an experienced Active Directory Consultant, capable of conducting audits, Entra ID modernisation projects and Zero Trust security initiatives.

YOUR MISSIONS

As an Active Directory Consultant (M/F), you work on hybrid environments (on-premise / cloud) with significant challenges around access security, identity governance and transformation towards Entra ID.

• Administer and evolve Active Directory environments (architecture, GPO, DNS, delegation, hardening)
• Deploy, configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID: identity and access management, MFA and conditional access, roles and governance
• Implement and maintain hybrid architectures (Entra Connect / Cloud Sync)
• Participate in identity security projects (Zero Trust, privilege separation, best practices)
• Conduct audits and diagnostics (AD / Identity) and formulate recommendations
• Intervene on complex issues (L2/L3) and conduct root cause analyses
• Draft technical documentation
• Contribute to transformation projects towards modern models

Qualifications

You have at least 3 years of experience with Active Directory environments and identity-related topics.

You have an analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems.

You work autonomously and are able to ramp up quickly on technical topics.

You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to bring your projects to success.

You are fluent in French.

You hold one or more Microsoft certifications and wish to continue your technical progression through new training.
