As an IT Service Delivery Specialist at our Paris office, you play a key role in delivering stable and reliable IT services across the organisation. You support internal users through incident and request handling while contributing to the coordination and delivery of IT activities in collaboration with system owners, vendors, and stakeholders. Your work supports business continuity across both regional and global operations.

What You Will Do
As IT Service Delivery Specialist, your main contribution is to ensure stable, secure, and high-quality IT services across offices, stores, and warehouse operations. You contribute by:
- Handling incidents, service requests, and operational IT tasks
- Providing IT support through ticketing systems, remote tools, phone, and walk‑ins
- Performing hands‑on and remote support including installations, configurations, upgrades, and hardware setup
- Taking ownership of IT infrastructure in the Paris region in line with global standards
- Supporting workplace technology, networks, cloud services, meeting room systems, and retail IT environments
- Coordinating IT activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Ensuring adherence to regional and global IT processes while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and harmonization

Specific Experience And Knowledge For This Role
- Experience in IT support, IT operations, or service delivery
- Practical experience with ITSM processes such as incident and request management
- Solid understanding of workplace IT, infrastructure, and basic networking
- Hands‑on experience supporting PC and Mac environments
- Experience supporting workplace and retail IT environments, including store technology such as payment terminals, POS setups, RFID devices, and receipt printers
- Experience working with enterprise IT platforms and tools, such as Cisco Meraki, Intune, and storage solutions including Egnyte and Box
- Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID, Office 365, Windows, macOS, and iOS
- Experience coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Minimum three years' experience in technical support or customer‑facing IT roles
- Experience in global or multi‑site environments is meriting
- ITIL experience or certification is meriting
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
- Fluency in English and French, spoken and written
