Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team in Illkirch and help drive accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across our accounting operations.

What you’ll do:

• Own the full AP/AR cycle, from invoice processing and payment runs to cash application ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and keep our financial records in impeccable order
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow proactively, coordinating timely collections and outgoing payments to keep the business running smoothly
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve accounting and billing queries and support internal and external audits

What you’ll bring:

• Solid, hands‑on experience across AP, AR, and general accounting
• Fluency in English written and spoken, proficiency in French or German is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards, paired with strong Excel skills to analyze and present financial data
• Sharp analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail needed to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat
• Comfort working in an international or multicultural setting, and the enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork to bring energy to our on‑site team every day
