What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Manager, you are the face of Yanga in the clubs. You’re the trusted go‑to person, the commercial driver, and the one who makes sure our partners get the absolute most out of Yanga. You’ll spend most of your time on the road, visiting clubs across France, building strong relationships, and making an impact where it matters most: on the gym floor.
You work closely with the inside sales team, marketing, and the new business manager for the French market to grow accounts and strengthen our presence. From training staff to analyzing performance data, you ensure every club is set up for success.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with club management, franchisees, and regional contacts
- Supporting existing accounts and new club openings together with the inside sales team
- Training club staff to improve product knowledge and boost add‑on sales
- Coaching teams on objection handling and closing techniques to promote Yanga Sports Water
- Collaborating with marketing and local teams to execute national and international campaigns
- Supporting clubs during openings, events, and key moments
- Advising clients using data insights (Power BI) to maximize their results
- Expanding existing accounts and identifying growth opportunities
- Explaining how Yanga stations work and performing light maintenance instructions
- Guiding clients through ordering processes and service reporting
- Acting as Yanga’s commercial link and eyes & ears in the field

- Salary range of €3600 – €4200 gross, based on a 40‑hour workweek

What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar commercial or account management role
- Fluent in French and English
- Based in France
- Willingness to travel across France up to 4 days a week, and to come to our office in Breda (The Netherlands) once a month for 3 working days
- Strong independence combined with a team‑oriented mindset
- Affinity with the fitness, hydration, or FMCG market (network is a plus)
- A hands‑on, results‑driven attitude with strong commercial focus
- Confident, authentic, and able to inspire others through action
- Experience with Power BI or similar data tools
