Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability of accounting and cash management across multiple group entities.
• Prepare and guarantee the accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual closings within deadlines.
• Maintain full accounting records for several group entities up to the balance sheet.
• Manage banking relationships and factoring / short-term financing tools.
• Propose and implement optimizations for accounting and treasury processes.
• Work closely with the CFO and other departments (payroll, operations, management).

Requirements

• You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in accounting, finance or management (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA, or equivalent) and have 8–10 years’ experience in general accounting, ideally in an SME or multi-entity group.
• Familiarity with the services sector, construction (BTP) or temporary staffing is a plus.
• Proficient in French accounting standards (French GAAP) and international standards (IFRS).
• Proven experience in financial closings and corporate treasury.
• Strong knowledge of cash management and intercompany flows.
• Known for being rigorous, autonomous and able to prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with an ERP (Sage, Cegid, etc.) and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Demonstrates adaptability/agility with a strong ability to work in an agile environment.
• Curious, committed to continuous improvement and comfortable with technical topics.
• Fluent in English.
