About the role
We're looking for an Accounting Lead to take full ownership of our accounting perimeter across our group entities (France + US). You’ll be the go‑to accounting expert in our Finance team — working hand‑in‑hand with our CFO, building solid and scalable processes, and helping us grow with confidence.
Work setup: Hybrid — 2–3 days onsite at our Paris office (@Jemmapes), 2–3 days remote
What you’ll do:
Lead and coordinate the monthly closing cycle across the finance team to deliver reviewed P&L and Balance Sheet reports within a J+7 deadline.
Take hands‑on ownership of day‑to‑day accounting (AP, AR, ledger reconciliations) and manage monthly provisions and cut‑offs across our FR and US entities.
Produce semi‑annual and annual statutory financial statements, coordinating directly with local accounting firms and external auditors.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies (revenue recognition, R&D capitalization) and tax compliance through timely filing of VAT, sales tax, and payroll taxes.
Optimize and scale accounting workflows and lead the integration of new international subsidiaries.
Contribute to or lead an ERP implementation over an 18–24 month horizon.
What’s in it for you
At Trustpair, we see AI as a tool to save time, sharpen focus, and boost impact — from day one, you’ll be encouraged to integrate these tools into your accounting workflow in a practical, hands‑on way.
A collaborative environment with a flat structure, with direct access to the CFO and leadership team.
Trustpair is in a scaling phase — clear growth path as the company expands internationally.
Hybrid remote policy — 2–3 days onsite at our Paris office, 2–3 days remote.
An inclusive, diverse environment where every voice is heard.
