Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of financial management and regulatory compliance. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Accounting Intern to join our team for a six‑month to two‑year internship.

Job Description

As an Accounting Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands‑on experience in various aspects of accounting, audit, and financial management. Working closely with our clients and alongside our Partners and experienced staff, you will be involved in real‑life projects, enhancing your understanding of accounting principles, audit procedures, financial reporting, and tax preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit planning and administration
• Assist with the performance of audit procedures
• Support the preparation of tax returns and organization of documentation supporting reportable tax return activities for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Conduct research on accounting and tax‑related issues as needed
• Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and client information
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Strong academic performance and a solid understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, self‑review and organizational skills
• Strong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Prior experience in an accounting or finance‑related role is a plus
