Accounting & Governance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for producing Accounts and the Annual Report under French GAAP for the AWP H&L entity in both English and French.
• Responsible for preparing various reports required by the H&L Board of Management and Regulator for the AWP H&L entity in both English and French.
• Manage the preparation and submission of ACPR (regulator) reporting templates, including addressing any related queries.
• Prepare French Tax‑compliant accounts and submit them through the Tax tool.
• Oversee external statutory audits under French GAAP and IFRS as necessary.
• Ensure all periodic financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) under IFRS is disclosed promptly, adhering to group internal deadlines and regulatory, accounting, tax, and legal requirements.

Key Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced accountant.
• Experience working in a multinational, complex matrix environment.
• Proven ability to identify and implement solutions for complex issues.
• Strong personal effectiveness – highly motivated, proactive, customer‑focused, responsible, and committed.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and SAP GRP.
