Accounting & Financial Analyst

For one of our clients, a major international EPCI contractor, we are looking for an Accounting and Financial Analyst specialising in foreign exchange operations, to join the finance team based in Puteaux.

Working autonomously under a manager's supervision and in close interface with project and finance teams, you will be responsible for the analysis, monitoring and accounting treatment of foreign exchange transactions across a multi-project portfolio

What you will do

• Analyse and monitor foreign exchange operations across multiple projects
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment of FX transactions in compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations
• Prepare and consolidate financial reports and follow-up dashboards
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities related to FX positions
• Interface with project controllers, treasury and accounting teams to ensure data consistency
• Support audits and internal controls related to foreign exchange operations
• Identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions where needed

Profile

• Solid background in accounting and/or financial analysis, ideally with exposure to foreign exchange operations
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills
• Rigour, analytical mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural team environment
• Fluent French; professional English required
