Accounting Associate – Real Estate

• Support French institutional investors and foreign funds in the real estate sector
• Manage accounting, tax, and financial matters
• Provide assistance and advice to the assigned client portfolio
• Contribute to the preparation of account review files
• Carry out work related to the preparation of annual financial statements
• Prepare interim financial statements
• Prepare periodic tax returns and income tax filings
• Work under the supervision of experienced engagement managers

Requirements

• DSCG, Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit (CCA), or a Finance Master’s degree with a focus on accounting
• Initial experience in an accounting firm or accounting advisory role, including work-study programs and internships
• Ideally, prior experience in a professional services firm
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently and organize tasks in coordination with the engagement manager
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of accounting and reporting tools
