Accounting and Digital Consultant

• Support new clients in getting started with the firm’s digital tools
• Guide clients in implementing their electronic invoicing processes
• Create practical reference sheets, tutorials, and step-by-step guides
• Deliver short training sessions, both internally and/or externally
• Act as the link between clients and internal teams from the start of the client relationship
• Identify issues and propose improvements
• Contribute to optimizing the client onboarding process
• Identify clients’ additional needs and refer them to the designated chartered accountant
• Manage a client portfolio alongside these responsibilities
• Travel regularly to client sites

Requirements

• Experience in, or a strong understanding of, working in an accounting firm
• Solid accounting and tax knowledge
• Excellent proficiency with digital tools and the ability to independently develop new skills
• Knowledge of, or an active interest in, the electronic invoicing reform
• Ability to create clear training materials and deliver training sessions
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
• Well-organized and autonomous
• Regular travel to client sites required
