Accountant (F/H) - Mirova

Job Description

You are joining the financial management of Mirova, consisting of 7 people, who is looking for an experienced accountant to be responsible for the accounting activities of Mirova SA under the supervision of the financial director.

As an experienced accountant, your duties will include:

• Manage daily accounting operations including invoice/expense entry, payment preparation, encaisse and disbursement management.
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting entries under the supervision of your line manager and update the schedules related to the production of all accounting and tax reports.
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes.
• Participate in the preparation of the necessary documentation for semi‑annual and annual audits.
• Manage the generic address of the accounting team and take care of all requests and the follow‑up of the responses provided.

This position is based in Paris with the possibility to work from home.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With an accounting background, you have at least 8 years of experience in accounting roles within a management company or in a financial environment.

You master:

• Accounting principles and financial standards.
• The office pack.
• Accounting and financial IT tools.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, and you:

• Are able to work independently and organized with attention to detail.
• Are able to prioritize and work within tight deadlines.
• Are able to demonstrate agility and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You master English with a B2 level.
