Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in Account Strategy
- Proven track record working with brands, ideally in Retail Media
- Experience managing or collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Fluent French as a must
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Client and partner leadership
- Ability to identify and manage one’s own emotions, as well as the emotions of others
- Strong self-criticism and openness for feedback and coaching
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success

What the job involves
- As a Team Lead Account Strategy for France, you will manage a team of 5 account strategists in order to grow the business with our existing advertisers and media agencies, through a multi-retailer and multi-product proposition cycle to close incremental opportunities thanks to the powerful insights of Criteo. You will be working with some of the largest & well-known brands with a focus on FMCG and Consumer Electronics
- Lead a team of Account Strategists through example, by showing excellence in your current role and delivering consistent achievement against specific aggressive targets – Onboard new intern
- Effectively manage relationships with top advertisers, develop strong relationships with top customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
- Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo’s service
- Encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo’s products and services
- Act as ‘point of contact’ for escalation issues
- Identify team members’ strengths and areas of development and support their growth
- Conduct 121’s with your team members weekly as well as team meetings
- Report to your senior management on performance, market conditions, fluctuations in numbers and team growth/development potential or needs
- Provide full prospect pipeline management and reporting, budget planning, forecasting, financial administrative coordination
- Work collaboratively with internal partners from different departments to ensure excellent client service delivery and team alignment
