Account Strategist

The Role

The Account Strategist drives business growth and long-term marketing strategy for key clients. This role focuses on proactive consultancy, data-driven insights, and commercial expansion. You will partner with executive-level clients and lead internal teams to build high-ROI solutions, delegating routine execution to Account Executives.

The Tasks

• Lead the overarching marketing strategy and business direction for key accounts
• Analyse data and consumer insights to present proactive, boardroom-ready recommendations
• Identify upselling opportunities (e.g., MarTech, AI) to drive commercial growth
• Delegate daily project management and administrative workflows to Account Executives
• Act as the primary strategic advisor during high-level client meetings
• Ensure all creative and technical execution aligns with the client\'s business goals

Entry Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in strategic account management or a senior client-facing agency role
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable business strategies
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to delegate effectively and lead cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and technological trends
