Account Specialist - Payments & Banking Data

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Account Specialist in Paris or London for a hybrid role (2–3 days in office). You will support onboarding, implementation, renewals, and customer success for Bankers Almanac customers, spanning financial institutions, corporates, fintechs, and payment service providers.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Operations, Finance and Legal to ensure a seamless customer experience, maintain CRM data, and drive retention and growth.
