Company: International industrial group specializing in packaging and labeling solutions for the FMCG sector, operating in multiple countries and working with well‑known brands.

Job Overview

Assist in managing client projects by coordinating internal teams of Sales, Production and Supply Chain to meet deadlines, budgets, quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily portfolio of clients and maintain long‑term trust relationships.
• Ensure smooth operation of recurring dossiers within agreed timelines, costs and quality requirements.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to provide quick, appropriate responses to client needs.
• Organise and track workflows to honour commitments to clients.
• Follow existing accounts, arrange meetings and monitor project progress.
• Collaborate closely with sales to understand market needs and support client account development.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bac +2 or equivalent experience.
• Excellent client orientation.
• Professional fluent English (regular exchanges in an international environment).
• Competent computer skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving aptitude.
• Extrovert, good team player, and comfortable working in a dynamic, ever‑changing environment.
• At least 2 years of successful experience in project management, customer service, order processing (ADV) or operational coordination.

Employment Details

Contract type: Fixed‑term (CDD) – 9 months. Working hours: 35 h per week, day shift.

Remuneration

• Gross annual salary: €25 000 – €30 000 (12 months).
