The Account Managers embody this strategy by driving the development of specific cities and areas, focusing on top restaurants. What you will do
- Drive our business performance in your assigned territory, owning your portfolio
- Build the best restaurant offering and optimize their operational performance
- Identify and initiate new partnership opportunities with top restaurants in your city, and handle complex negotiations
- Tackle or escalated complex support issues for timely resolution for our top restaurant partners
- Champion deep relationships with top partners, identifying opportunities and selling growth levers to expand their delivery business
- Seek and achieve a deep understanding of the restaurant industry
- Transparently share on‑ground knowledge and context about the city you operate in with the wider Uber Eats France team
- Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product
Basic qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Account Management, startups, or consultancy
- Excellent command of French, including technical or business contexts
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, running analyses, and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality results within tight deadlines
- Strong problem‑solving mindset: identifies challenges quickly and thinks creatively to find effective solutions
Preferred qualifications
- Strong motivation and genuine passion for the restaurant industry, eager to collaborate with top partners and build a business together
- Professional proficiency in English
- Highly autonomous and proactive, capable of driving impact with limited oversight
- Dynamic energy and strong sales drive
