About the Role

TE Connectivity’s Account Management teams play a critical role in driving business growth by selling TE products, systems, and services, delivering in‑depth technical expertise, and building long‑term customer partnerships. Acting as trusted advisors, Account Managers represent the voice of the customer within TE and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key customer interface and Voice of the Customer for a Major Truck & Bus OEM customer across EMEA.
  • Identify, develop and commercially manage new business opportunities from concept phase, RFQ through to SOP.
  • Manage all existing commercial agreements with the customer based on awarded business for the EMEA region.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels across the business functions and drive corrective actions where necessary.
  • Drive activities to achieve commercial targets: revenue growth, cash flow, margin, etc.
  • Lead change management processes for requests raised by both customer and TE.
  • Build strong relationships at all levels within the customer base to ensure effective communication across all functions and business areas.
  • Work actively with the customer, TE engineering and product management to develop engineered solutions utilizing TE's existing product portfolio and development capabilities.

Qualifications

  • +5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years of experience working within the Commercial Vehicle or Automotive industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to perform in a demanding environment based on target setting and results.
  • Ability to understand and create business cases, quotes/​contracts and perform P&L review.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry processes and main project milestone expectations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Business Insights.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English. French or German also merited but not essential.
