Account manager with French

Batieu Plus focuses its activities on mediating international construction contracts within the European Union. We operate actively in several construction sectors across the European market, particularly in the Benelux region. We are present in both the private and public sectors.

Main tasks

Telephone Prospecting - French-speaking Markets

• Establishing business relationships with potential customers - by phone, e-mail, online forms, etc.
• Obtaining construction offers from foreign companies
• Organization of meetings with potential clients
• Presentation of the employer's services to potential and current clients
• Presentation of the trade agreement to potential clients
• Maintaining good relationships with current customers
• Current customer service
• Implementation of periodic goals
• Organization of meetings with potential clients
• Registering tasks on the employer's CRM
• Entering data into the employer's CRM

Customer Service

• Managing the smooth course of the project with respect for the company's internal policy
• Cooperation with other departments of the employer in order to ensure high quality of the company's services
• Dealing with current customer service issues
• Language consultations for the team and clients
• Creating commercial texts: e-mails

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written French (level C1)
• Knowledge of the English language (level B2)
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Computer skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Meticulousness and good organization of working time
• Good manners
