As a Senior Account Manager , you will develop and retain our key accounts, identify new opportunities, and support our clients in their digital transformation projects. Your work will directly contribute to ACXIAS's growth.
Develop and retain a portfolio of key accounts
- Develop and manage strategic account plans
- Develop relationships with decision-makers in Purchasing, Procurement, Finance and IT
- Facilitating commercial governance of accounts: account reviews, monitoring committees and action plans
- Identify emerging needs and anticipate development opportunities
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to account retention
Accelerating the growth of ACXIAS's activities
- Identify and develop up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Promoting the full range of ACXIAS' expertise: Consulting, Project Management Assistance, SAP ERP, SAP Ariba, Source-to-Pay, Application Maintenance/Application Support, AI applied to Procurement and related services
- Build commercial proposals with the Consulting and Delivery teams
- Participate in responding to calls for tenders and in commercial negotiations
- Contribute to achieving the firm's growth objectives
Working closely with internal teams
- Collaborating closely with consultants, managers and project managers present at client sites
- Turning field information into business opportunities
- Ensure the monitoring of opportunities and the quality of sales forecasts in the CRM
