You will drive therapy adoption and sustainable patient pathway development across complex, high‐impact accounts, while serving as a trusted escalation point in sensitive or high‐risk situations.**What you will do****Clinical leadership & therapy adoption**
- Act as a senior subject‐matter expert in peripheral and endovascular interventions, shaping, stabilising, and scaling therapy adoption across strategic accounts.
- Intervene in complex, politically sensitive, or at‐risk situations, removing structural barriers to adoption and restoring execution momentum.**Territory strategy & value creation**
- Translate company and regional strategy into advanced territory action plans, balancing priorities and informed trade‐offs aligned with country objectives.
- Develop and articulate compelling clinical, operational, and economic value propositions, including complex business cases tailored to senior decision‐makers.
- Support customers in navigating reimbursement frameworks, economic constraints, and sustainability challenges, particularly in high‐visibility contexts.**Patient pathway & network development**
- Design, refine, and scale patient pathways and inter‐hospital referral networks, ensuring solutions are sustainable, reproducible, and resilient beyond individual accounts.
- Diagnose complex clinical, organisational, and commercial challenges using incomplete or ambiguous information, escalating systemic issues when appropriate.**Execution excellence & influence**
- Support complex clinical activity, including proctored cases and work in high‐acuity clinical environments, ensuring safe and consistent use of therapies.
- Provide leadership through influence by mentoring and coaching Associate Account Managers, raising execution quality and decision‐making capability.
- Contribute to in‐field training, onboarding, and development initiatives in partnership with the Education team.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross‐functional partners to ensure aligned execution and effective escalation.
- Under defined circumstances, act on behalf of the Regional Sales Manager or Country Manager for delegated initiatives or coordination activities.**Operational discipline**
- Maintain accurate reporting, disciplined territory management, and high‐quality documentation in internal systems.
- Deliver senior‐level training, presentations, and strategic updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

- Advanced expertise in peripheral vascular and endovascular therapies, acute patient pathways, and hospital workflows.
- Strong system‐level understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement environments, and long‐term therapy sustainability.**Judgment & autonomy**

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent commercial and clinical experience.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or therapy development within complex hospital environments.
- Experience in advanced or acute clinical settings (e.g. endovascular, cath lab, OR, ICU, emergency care).
- Proven success in strategic account management, therapy development, and multidisciplinary stakeholder engagement.
- All required certifications and vendor credentials must be maintained.**Working conditions**
- Extended periods of computer use; prolonged sitting or standing, including time in heavy lead protection.
- Moderate lifting and carrying of equipment and Stryker Peripheral Vascular products (up to **20 kg**).
- Extensive travel, including overnight stays, approximately **70–80%** of the time (car, train, aircraft).
- Regular exposure to radiation environments during procedural support, in line with safety standards.
- Tasks may involve exposure to substances requiring health surveillance, work in confined spaces, handling hazardous materials, and contact with blood or bodily fluids, in accordance with local regulations and protocols.**What We Offer*** **Competitive salary.
