As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our agency, managing client relationships, overseeing project development from concept to completion, and ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed client expectations. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and innovation in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Excel at tactical and administrative processes
• Become the principal point of contact for your clients and the main coordinator of your projects with all internal stakeholders
• Develop strong relationships with clients
• Build a thorough understanding of strategic, creative and digital project challenges
• Become an ambassador for the company and its values with allocated clients
• Degree educated in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. A background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is a plus.
• Healthcare Communication Agency experience: Minimum 2/3 years in an account management role
• Working knowledge of the French healthcare environment
• Excellent command of the Microsoft suite including project management tools, familiarity with AI technologies and tools
• Native French speaker, a good level of English is required as well
