Position Overview

Softengi is seeking an Account Manager (Client Success Manager) to join our Middle East office, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, driving revenue retention and expansion, and serving as the primary point of contact between clients and Softengi. This role owns the long‑term commercial relationship, ensuring clients realize measurable value from our AI‑driven solutions and digital transformation services. It requires strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to align client business goals with Softengi’s cutting‑edge portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining trusted, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers, including at C‑level.
  • Account Growth & Revenue Expansion: Own retention and growth targets for the account portfolio; proactively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by aligning client needs with Softengi’s AI Framework, Big Data/Analytical Services, IoT and safety systems, Extended Reality, and Web3 services.
  • Account Planning & Strategy: Develop and maintain strategic account plans that map client business goals to relevant Softengi solutions and define a roadmap for expanding the partnership.
  • Portfolio Positioning: Maintain strong working knowledge of Softengi’s solutions and use cases across the public sector, retail, healthcare, construction, and utilities, positioning them to address each client’s priorities.
  • Contract Management & Renewals: Lead renewals and negotiate commercial terms; oversee agreements, scope changes, and pricing to protect and grow account value.
  • Client Satisfaction & Retention: Monitor client satisfaction and delivery health, proactively address risks and issues, and drive high retention and reference‑ability.
  • Collaboration with Presales, Delivery & Product Teams: Work closely with Softengi’s presales, product, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs and that delivered work consistently meets client expectations.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Awareness: Track market trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape in the Middle East to keep account strategies relevant and differentiated.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate pipeline, revenue forecasts, and account records in the CRM, and report on account performance against targets.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or B2B sales in an IT services or software development company.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue retention and growth targets.

Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of AI (LLM, ML, NLP, Computer Vision), IoT, cloud solutions, and digital transformation technologies, sufficient to hold value‑driven conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Desirable experience selling into or managing accounts in the public sector, retail, finance, healthcare, and construction.

Communication & Business Acumen

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, value‑driven business outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage and build trust with C‑level executives and decision‑makers.

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Proven ability to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and convert them into revenue.
  • Experience building and maintaining long‑term client relationships, understanding their pain points, and proposing relevant solutions.
  • Experience managing renewals, negotiating commercial terms, and forecasting accurately within a CRM.

Proactive Learning & Market Awareness

  • Willingness to stay up‑to‑date with Softengi’s evolving portfolio and industry trends.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and shifting market demands in the Middle East.

Language Skills

  • Fluent English (required).
  • Arabic is required.
  • Ukrainian/Russian is a plus but not mandatory.
