Account Manager – Marketplace, Logistics

Overview

Work on Marketplace order delivery from the click to the customer’s door. Coordinate product storage, picking, shipping and returns management. Develop and grow Fulfillment by Leroy Merlin. Identify and reach out to eligible sellers. Lead onboarding of new sellers and provide first-level support. Monitor seller adoption and performance and report any risks or drops in activity.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in account management or business development.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools and data (Excel, dashboards, Mirakl or CRM tools).
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple sellers and projects in parallel.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or fulfillment is a plus.
