JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Account Manager at Biborg, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the in‑house creative teams and our clients. Your key missions revolve around strategic client management, business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of exceptional creative work.

Strategic Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships: cultivate trust and rapport with senior‑level clients within gaming publishers and studios.
  • Understanding client business objectives: deep understanding of the client’s marketing goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
  • Providing strategic consultancy: offer expert advice and recommendations on marketing strategies, creative concepts, and campaign execution.
  • Acting as the client's advocate internally: give context and ensure our creative teams understand and meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • Proactively identifying business opportunities: anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling agency services.
  • Managing client expectations: keep clients informed and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Overseeing project delivery: ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Leading cross‑functional teams: coordinate and motivate internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver exceptional work for RFPs and productions.
  • Managing project scope and budgets: build quotes and sell projects quickly while keeping them within scope and budget, proactively addressing any potential issues.
  • Developing and implementing campaign strategies: collaborate with strategy teams to develop effective marketing and communication strategies adapted to each brief.
  • Analyzing campaign performance: track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Risk management: identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities: proactively seek new projects within existing clients and/or new clients within the gaming industry.
  • Developing and presenting proposals: create compelling proposals and presentations to win new business with attention to detail and a sense of ‘what looks good’.
  • Presenting and convincing clients: excellent oral pitching skills.
  • Contributing to agency growth: identify and implement strategies to increase agency revenue and profitability.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends: stay up‑to‑date on the latest gaming trends, technologies, and marketing strategies.

Contribute to agency culture by promoting a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.

Key Skills

  • Proven track record in account management at creative agencies.
  • Passion for video games and/or experience in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Bilingual or very good level of English.
  • Quick adaptation to new tools and software.
  • Efficiency and solution‑oriented mindset to meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration experience with other creative profiles such as Planners, Production Managers, Media Managers, Art/Motion Directors, and Social Media Creatives.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Proactive, solution‑ and results‑oriented.
  • Organized, great attention to detail and commitment to perfect presentation slides.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Contract: Permanent

Salary: GBP35-40K + incentive plan paid monthly (up to 20K)

Start date: ASAP

Location: London (or Paris)
