Account Manager - Lyon (hybrid), Région PACA (remote)

This position is hybrid for candidates based in Lyon, with one day per week onsite. Full remote possible for candidates located in the PACA region (Sud – Provence‑Alpes‑Côte d’Azur).
Account Manager
Your primary focus will be on customers in the South‑East of France region, aiming to achieve revenue and margin targets within an assigned list of mid‑sized customers.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company's resources that drive and support high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage their business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate business value proposition sales solution strategy.
- Provide leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement.
- Perform critical customer analysis to identify and leverage the partner’s marketing programs to achieve growth in their customer’s solutions capability.
- Engage customers in joint planning that integrates the company's services, programs and supplier partnerships, securing customer commitment for the development of a comprehensive investment in strategies that advance the company’s market position, entanglement and financial goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and own execution of the business plan.
- Maintain and monitor pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, perform analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support supplier strategies by aligning solutions with customers to maximize profitable growth and customer expansion.
What We Are Looking For
- Sales experience in electronics, semiconductor, distribution or supplier industry, with preference for passive and interconnect markets.
- Ability to work independently within an assigned territory/account base with moderate‑sized accounts/opportunities.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of systems such as SAP, ERP, order management is preferred.
- Team spirit – collaborate with internal team, managers and support functions.
- Willingness to travel regionally; driving licence required.
