Account Manager Junior (M/F/X) - Apprenticeship
Overview
As a member of the Indirect Sales France team, you will work closely with Chloé, our Key Account Manager, to boost our commercial engine. Your goal is to ensure high‑quality follow‑up for a rapidly expanding account portfolio while actively hunting for new partner accounts to drive our business growth.
You will operate at the intersection of marketing (lead generation) and logistics (supply‑chain and delivery follow‑up). This role combines Hunting (Business Development) with Farming (Account Management), giving you a 360° view of the sales profession—from identifying opportunities with architects and distributors to signing and retaining strategic accounts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new partners (office‑furniture distributors, architectural firms, etc.).
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to final signature.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to expand your network and convert every encounter into a business opportunity.
- Manage and animate a portfolio of existing clients to optimize their performance.
- Analyze client results regularly and propose customized solutions to boost revenue.
- Reactivate dormant accounts through creative approaches and rigorous follow‑ups.
- Organize and lead training sessions for partners’ sales teams to sharpen their product knowledge.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree student (Business School or equivalent), preferably in the final year (M2).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or business development (internship or apprenticeship).
- Strong sales instinct, good on the phone, punchy, resourceful, and able to open doors.
- Mastery of sales/negotiation techniques and ability to quickly master tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Notion, Canva, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of customer service.
- Rigorous, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
- Native or fluent French and professional English (capable of conducting a sale in English).
