The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions. Your role combines relationship management, strategic thinking and hands‑on project coordination.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client requests and ensuring high‑quality support.
- Contributing to new project pitches with your expertise and drafting impactful proposals.
- Overseeing the timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Managing day‑to‑day project operations and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Identifying client challenges and designing scalable solutions to address them.
- Spotting opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and long‑term growth.
- Forecasting and monitoring key account metrics to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating closely with 3D Content, Sales, and Marketing teams to support lead generation and content initiatives.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.
Your Profile
- First experience in account management or project management, preferably in an agency or client‑facing environment.
- Track record of delivering client‑focused solutions and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for motivating teams.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion and Pipedrive is a plus.
