At several state-of-the-art production sites, packaging materials made of corrugated cardboard are manufactured. These products are essentially made from recycled paper within the circular economy – an important aspect from an environmental protection perspective. The group’s customers include many top brand-name companies in Germany and Europe – from both the food and beverage industries as well as the non-food consumer goods sectors.

Account Manager (m/f/d)
In this role, you are fully responsible for a defined regional area with existing customers, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and further development of existing business. In this position, you report directly to the company’s Head of Sales.
Your key responsibilities:
- You hold full responsibility for revenue and profit in your sales territory, with considerable freedom to operate within the framework agreed with the Head of Sales.
- Based on the market and competition analysis you prepare, you gradually acquire new customers and sustainably expand revenue and profitability with existing customers.
- Your work focuses not only on the product portfolio “corrugated packaging” but also on a service concept tailored to each customer’s needs.
- You collaborate closely with the highly qualified and highly motivated internal sales team, as well as with the development, production, and logistics departments.

Your experience & qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training – ideally with a focus on “printing and/or paper, corrugated cardboard, or other packaging materials.”
- Several years of field sales experience in a packaging materials company – ideally with a focus on corrugated cardboard.
- Proven success in customer development and new customer acquisition in field sales.
- Proficiency in a common IT application system and the MS Office package, plus strong command of standard presentation techniques.
- Excellent written and spoken German and French skills – English is an advantage.
- A valid driver’s license (class B) is, of course, required.
