Account Manager F/H – Pluxee France SA

Location: Aix en Provence • Contract Type: CDI

Responsibilities

• Develop the influence network within the assigned client portfolio.
• Develop directly and indirectly the complete Pluxee offer for the clients.
• Listen to and diagnose clients’ expectations and needs.
• Sell and negotiate solutions that meet identified needs.
• Retain and grow the client portfolio.
• Apply the company’s commercial policy.
• Increase the profitability of assigned contracts and reach maximum potential.
• Detect new sales opportunities, including cross‑selling.
• Design, pilot, and implement market‑adapted and profitable solutions for the company.

Qualifications

• Results‑oriented and capable of handling complex negotiations.
• Experience in managing networks and comfortable with digital tools.
• Adaptive, positive, dynamic and autonomous with strong initiative.
• Team‑work oriented.
