Overview
- Develop and grow revenue in your assigned territory through proactive, structured commercial activities (hunting & farming).
- Implement and adapt the company's commercial strategy to meet and exceed your qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Manage and expand a customer portfolio: identify opportunities, drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and secure long-term partnerships.
- Maintain a structured pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and regular updates.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into relevant solutions in collaboration with Pre-Sales, Consulting, Support, and Product teams.
- Prepare for and lead customer meetings, business reviews, negotiations, and contract renewals.
- Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer expectations to help refine our commercial approach.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Represent Nextlane at industry events, conferences, and partner activities.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in SaaS, digital solutions, or the automotive industry.
- Business skills: Proven track record in pipeline management, territory development, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build long-term relationships.
- Technical & product understanding: Ability to understand software solutions, customer workflows, and translate needs into high-value proposals.
- Tools: Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and managing structured commercial reporting.
- Mindset: Results-oriented, proactive, dynamic, organized, and team-oriented.
- Languages: French required; English proficiency appreciated for communication in our international environment.
