Account Manager (f/m/d)
Purpose of Position
Our Account Management Team is looking for a new Account Manager to work on affiliate programmes for advertisers across different verticals including retail and travel. This is an excellent opportunity to develop analytical and strategic skills, work with large brands, receive in-depth training, and collaborate within a team and internationally on wider projects. The role will bring innovation and strategy to all campaigns, maintaining engagement with clients and publishers to deliver sophisticated results. Attendance to in-person meetings and events is expected to optimise client interactions, enhance teamwork, and contribute to company culture.
Key Tasks
- Generating reports and providing analysis on performance, ensuring commentary is accurate and insightful to improve activity
- Regular client calls, responsive and supportive of client goals
- Producing competitor benchmarks for key advertisers, proactively advising on industry trends and identifying opportunities for merchants
- Optimising existing publisher relationships and recruiting new publisher opportunities for advertisers
- Presenting confidently both internally and externally on a range of topics; competent at holding attention and comfortable presenting to senior level
- Developing creative and innovative client strategies aligned with success metrics
- Building relevant and comprehensive client roadmaps to help achieve success
- Ensuring you and your clients are up to date with all technology and tracking optimisations, maximizing campaign performance
- Regular attendance to local Awin and/or client offices is mandatory to strengthen client partnerships
Skills & Expertise
- Experience presenting commercial content to internal and external groups
- Team player, can also work independently when required
- Proactive and driven to improve programmes, develop own skills and understanding
- Professional with a proven track record of successful client and team relationship building, including strong networking skills
- Strong English and French communication skills (both verbal and written) essential
- Affiliate marketing experience would be ideal
