Your role will involve strategic business development and seamless coordination with internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing product performance to enhance animal health, productivity and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their specific needs, and propose tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities within existing customers, prospect new potential clients, and actively participate in sales strategy and achievement of commercial objectives.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with research, development, production, and logistics teams to ensure products meet client expectations and are delivered on time; act as the link between the client and various internal functions of the company.
- Technical Support: Provide first level of technical support and advice to clients on product usage, innovations, and best practices in animal nutrition; supported by a local species technical team.
- Negotiation and Contractualization: Negotiate terms of contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring conditions are favourable for both parties and compliant with company policies.
- Client Satisfaction Monitoring: Measure and analyze client satisfaction, gather feedback, and use it to continuously improve the products and services offered.

You Bring
- Qualifications: BAC+5 engineer or equivalent in agrifoods.
- Professional experience: Minimum 7 years' experience in nutrition, animal production.
- Active Listening Capabilities: You excel at understanding clients' needs and concerns, ensuring that their feedback is heard and addressed effectively.
- Strong Autonomy: You are self‑driven and capable of working independently; proactive approach allows you to take initiative and make informed decisions that benefit both the client and the company.
