Main Responsibilities

• Working as an Account Manager in the ICT/IT sector, hunting new accounts in the manufacturing industry, promoting Huawei solutions to customers and maintaining customer relations to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as primary day‑to‑day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts.

Requirements

• Professional Knowledge:
  • Basic knowledge of ICT solutions.
  • Knowledge of information/telecom industry.
  • Knowledge of direct sales activities.
  • Strong capacity on customer relationship management.
  • French & English speaking.
  • Strong teamwork capacity, able to drive a team to work in projects.
• Business Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in client management, mainly in the manufacturing domain.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Target‑oriented.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in key account management and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
