Position

We are looking for a Paris‑based Account Manager Crew (all genders) who will play a pivotal role in leading our strategic customers across the Crew business unit and the French region, building an in-depth understanding of customer crew travel needs and drivers, to position how HRS Crew solution can be of value. The strategic thinking, coupled with excellent communication skills and a data‑driven mindset, will contribute to the expansion of our customer base and revenue growth in France.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic customers in the Region, driving growth and customer vision.
  • Drive revenue growth within our strategic customer base by deeply understanding their crew travel needs and optimizing the use of our HRS Crew solutions.
  • Establish high‑impact relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders, positioning the company as a trusted partner and accelerating value delivery across accounts.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of HRS Crew and Workforce solutions tailored to industry‑specific needs and aligned with the customer’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee customer onboarding and delivery of new projects in collaboration with internal experts, managing a complex project matrix across multiple departments.
  • Manage local account negotiations and uncover new ways to optimize clients’ crew travel processes, strengthening relationships and expanding revenue contribution.
  • Provide clear, timely progress reports on initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, supporting cross‑functional collaboration and vertical market execution.
  • Track key performance indicators and usage behavior across accounts, using data to uncover vertical‑specific opportunities for expansion and strategic support.
  • Elevate organizational impact by embracing ownership of evolving customer needs and identifying innovative ways to contribute value aligned with business and industry goals.
  • Ensure day‑to‑day delivery of exceptional client service, fostering satisfaction and long‑term loyalty across a portfolio of accounts within targeted industry sectors.
  • Lead the commercial P&L of HRS towards these customers and derive value for both the customer and HRS as well as lead commercial discussions.
  • Act as the primary customer interface, supported by operational teams and solution experts.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university degree, preferably in business administration.
  • Several years of experience in consultative sales or account management in the B2B SaaS industry, professional services or a start‑up environment, having served global customers (airline industry knowledge highly preferable).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with meticulous attention to detail and deadline adherence.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights and leverage CRM systems for effective account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels, including executive and C‑level.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven track record in delivering client‑focused solutions tailored to customer needs and industry‑specific challenges.
  • High performance and fast‑changing environment competence.
  • High degree of self‑motivation, pro‑activeness, forward thinking and assertiveness in managing customer expectations and driving internal collaboration.
  • Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.
  • Strong project management skills and proven track record.
  • Strong business acumen and good negotiation skills.
  • Visionary understanding of customer needs, with a keen sense of market trends.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, creativity for developing new possibilities and processes.
  • Empathy, authenticity, integrity, commitment, resilience, respect and tact in dealing with employees, business partners and stakeholders.

Location & Benefits

The role is based in France, with preference for Paris. The remuneration package includes a competitive fixed salary, a strong variable compensation component, and all necessary work equipment and mobility support.
