Account Manager Assistant (Luxe) - Internship

La Maison Media is a bespoke unit integrated into Omnicom Media Group to service Chanel the worlds leading luxury fashion brand.
The Account Management Intern Role
This role is based in our Global La Maison Media team at our OMG office in Paris.
1/ COORDINATION
- Assists Account Manager in coordinating day to day account activities, global trends presentations and various clients’ requests and ad hoc projects
- Day to day coordination of a network of 40+ markets on various projects: guidelines, launches, data for studies etc.
- Assists in developing and implementing coordination process
- Gathers data on campaigns to produce worldwide pre/mid and end reports and give recommendations
- Provides input for the creation and execution of templates, coordination follow up documents
- Preparing regular status report of initiatives in market
- Keep track of local activities, campaigns, budgets and related status
- Conduct key markets calls follow up
2/ STRATEGY AND BUSINESS INSPIRATIONS
- Assist in preparing global competitive analysis using specific media tools
- On going monitoring of the luxury and beauty activities, best cases and innovations
- On going monitoring of the local landscape
- Contribute to client’s monthly newsletter and industry/competitive intelligence
- Maintains thorough understanding of account management principles and clients’ codes.
3/ LUXURY
- Understanding and interest on luxury codes and industry
- Maintain a sense of discretion and professionalism, representing the Groupe and luxury clients
Qualifications:
- Deep interest in the luxury industry and understanding of luxury codes
- Ability to work and meet deadlines in a fast paced creative environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- A plus if you have had a first experience in media/digital/marketing consultancy agencies or companies or media owner environment with a good understanding of the marketing
