The role
As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the business growth of your portfolio of partner hotels. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with hotel partners, ensuring they maximize their potential while connecting with our local clientele, and consistently reaching your performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Consultative guidance : Champion best practices by providing tailored recommendations that will boost partners’ performance on our platform.
- Enhancing experiences : Collaborate with hotels to develop exceptional staycation experiences for our users, focusing on increasing revenue streams and optimizing every square meter of hotel space.
- Internal collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to relay the specific needs of hotels, contributing to the overall enhancement of our partner experience and ensuring their feedback informs our services.
Location
This position is based in our office at 18 rue Soleillet (Paris 20th district) and offers two days of remote work per week.

Ideal fit
Must‑haves
- Educational background: Business school (école de commerce) or Bac+5.
- Around 2 or 3 years of experience in roles such as Account Manager, Business Developer or Customer Success.
- Experience in client‑facing roles, and on portfolio management.
- Fluent in French and comfortable in English.
- Strong multitasking abilities, organized, meticulous, and demanding in your work.
- A natural ambassadorial profile with confidence in representation.
- Excellent listening skills to understand partners’ needs.
- Empathy, people‑oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- A drive for challenges, showing commitment in all your endeavors.
- Persuasive skills with resilience to handle setbacks.
- Problem‑solving ability to adapt to any situation.
- Curiosity and creativity.
