Account Manager

Location: Paris, France Hybrid working (3 days office 2 days from home)

Salary: €52,000 + benefits + bonus

A leading global industry association is seeking a Membership & Engagement Manager to strengthen relationships with major global companies and drive regional membership growth. The role combines senior‑level engagement, strategic account management and new member development across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The Opportunity

You will manage a portfolio of high‑profile member organisations, deepen their involvement in key initiatives and events, and build trusted relationships with CEOs and senior executives. Alongside this, you will shape and deliver the regional prospect strategy, engaging potential members and representing the organisation at influential industry forums.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow engagement within a portfolio of major member companies.
• Build strong relationships with CEOs and senior leaders.
• Develop tailored engagement plans and increase participation in programmes and events.
• Lead regional new‑member development and prospect outreach.
• Represent the organisation at key industry events across EMEA.
• Support cross‑regional coordination and membership communications.

About You

• Strong background in sales, key account management or senior stakeholder engagement.
• Confident working with C‑suite leaders and articulating strategic value.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively across regions and functions.
• Knowledge of the consumer goods sector is an advantage.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
