Description
The Account Manager supports the delivery and coordination of client work across multiple projects, helping to ensure activities are completed accurately, on time, and in line with agreed processes. Working closely with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, this role assists with day-to-day project coordination, administration, and client communications.
This position is suited to an organised, detail-oriented individual who is building their experience in account management. The Account Manager plays a key support role in maintaining project momentum, keeping documentation up to date, and contributing to a smooth and efficient client experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage print and point-of-sale marketing materials for adm Indicia's alcohol brands in the French market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships.
- Understand client objectives and industry dynamics to develop effective strategies that drive business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Operations, Logistics) and external partners to meet project objectives.
- Lead sustainability initiatives, achieving key metrics related to environmental impact.
Skills and Experience
- Below The Line Marketing (print/product) and POS experience.
- Proven track record of growing and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing margins.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
- Collaborative and open to continuous learning.
- Agile and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
