Responsibilities
- Drive, develop and forecast business and commercial engagement of the partner network in your region.
- Identify, approach and convert high‑potential partners.
- Reach out to, listen to and persuade key stakeholders at partner organizations (CEOs, Managing Directors, Partners, Chartered Accountants and Consultants, etc.).
- Organize, facilitate and support the upskilling of your partner network across the full range of Silae offerings.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in HR/payroll.
- A passion for identifying, engaging and developing commercial relationships within a partner ecosystem.
- Ability to engage, interact and negotiate with senior‑level stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of your local region and its economic environment.
- Strong ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to quickly demonstrate competence on our payroll, HR and digitization offerings.
