Mission
Votre mission (French): Rattaché(e) au Sales Manager, vous êtes un véritable chef d’orchestre commercial , garant du développement du chiffre d’affaires, de la rentabilité et de la satisfaction client.
Mission (English): Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will act as a true commercial conductor, responsible for revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Vous développez et animez votre portefeuille clients sur le Grand quart Nord‑Est , avec une double mission :
- Développer / Develop Business: Identify new markets and prospects; create business opportunities; build long‑term relationships with industrial decision‑makers; lead negotiations and manage tenders.
- Fidéliser / Retain & Grow Existing Accounts: Develop existing customer accounts; understand clients’ technical challenges; propose solutions adapted to their industrial needs; ensure high‑quality commercial follow‑up.
Toolkit / Qualifications
- Formation supérieure commerce ou équivalent / Degree in Business, Sales, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en développement commercial BtoB / Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development.
- Expérience dans l’industrie, le packaging ou un environnement technique appréciée / Experience in industry, packaging, or a technical environment is appreciated.
- À l’aise aussi bien en rendez‑vous client que sur site industriel / Comfortable both in customer meetings and on industrial sites.
- Anglais professionnel / Professional level of English.
