Account Manager
Job Overview
This role is part of a talent pipelining initiative for the LSEG Customer Connect Sales team across Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain). There is no immediate vacancy, but we are building a pool for future opportunities.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers with a strong focus on revenue retention and growth. You will develop and execute account strategies to maintain existing revenue while identifying new business opportunities, primarily through remote engagement (calls, email, and digital tools).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow revenue from an existing portfolio of accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on retention and expansion.
- Maintain regular client engagement with high responsiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best client outcomes.
- Track client activity and pipeline in internal systems.
- Provide accurate forecasting and market feedback.
Skills & Experience
- Strong business and commercial mindset.
- Fluent in English; additional European language (French, Italian or Spanish) preferred.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive sales outcomes.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and customer focus.
