Overview
We are seeking a high-calibre Senior / Account Manager to lead and grow strategic Tier 1 customer relationships within the CPE market. This role focuses on managing complex EMS, ODM, and JDM business across Europe and Asia, working closely with both operators and manufacturing partners.
This is a demanding, customer-facing role requiring frequent international travel and strong engagement across multiple stakeholder levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage relationships with Tier 1 customers across Europe and Asia, including associated subcontractors and manufacturing partners
- Drive business growth within key accounts, consistently exceeding agreed sales targets
- Identify, develop, and lead new projects from early engagement through to mass production
- Manage and coordinate responses to RFIs and RFQs, ensuring timely and professional delivery
- Build deep customer insight, including market positioning, product strategy, organisational structure, and future roadmap
- Influence EMS partners and operators in the qualification and adoption of PSU solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and customer stakeholders including Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Project Management
- Support customer visits, including preparation and coordination of factory tours
- Provide structured market intelligence to support strategic planning and capability development
- Ensure ethical business practices are upheld across all regions and interactions
- Contribute to forecasting, pipeline development, and monthly business reporting
Role Scope
- Focus on EMS partner management (e.g. Sagemcom)
- Focus on operator engagement (e.g. Orange, Vodafone, Free, Liberty Global)
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in EMS, ODM, or JDM environments within the CPE or related electronics sector
- Strong understanding of power supply units (PSUs) and their application within EMS/operator ecosystems
- Demonstrated success in managing Tier 1 accounts and delivering revenue growth
- Experience working with or selling into major telecom operators or EMS providers (e.g. Sagemcom, Vantiva) is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English essential)
- Strong project management capability, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Highly self-motivated, assertive, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
